Ayres Rock, Uluru Outback Photography Art
Some experiences in life you’ll never forget—this is one of them. From sunrises to starry night skies, the views of Uluru are simply breathtaking.
This image was taken in the heart of the Australian outback, Uluru, iconic natural wonder. Uluru is arguably Australia’s best-known natural landmark. In 1873, Australian explorer William Grosse named the familiar red monolith Ayres Rock, after Sir Henry Ayres.

What A Lovely Place To Be
Sunset taken at Craig’s Hut – is one of the most famous photographed
High Country hut in Australia with it’s incredible location, simple
construction, rustic feel, and the way it just seems to fit into the
landscape.
Originally constructed for the iconic ‘Man From Snowy River’ film back
in ’81-82 has since been rebuilt twice, first in 1993 after years of
neglect and harsh alpine weather and then burnt down a few years ago
when the last fires went through the Victorians High Country in 2006.
The hut now has a tin roof which is more easily maintainable than the
original with its bark roof and reopened to the public in January 2008.
